Product Information

• All products sold by Bright & Beryl are imitation/fashion jewelry and are not made of solid gold or natural diamonds unless explicitly stated in the product description.
• Our jewelry may include 18K Gold Plating, Rhodium Plating, AAA+ Cubic Zirconia Stones, Brass & Silver Alloy Base Metals, and handcrafted finishing.
• We strive to display product colours, textures, stones, finishes, and designs as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes, or handcrafted detailing.
• Product images and wearing images/videos are intended to provide customers with the best possible representation of the product. Minor differences in appearance may occur depending on lighting, display settings, or styling.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Bright & Beryl reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.
• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) unless specifically mentioned at checkout.
• Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
• In case of payment failure, transaction errors, or payment gateway issues, customers should contact us for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, courier service, and other external factors.
• Standard Shipping across India is free on all prepaid orders.
• The estimated delivery timeline for Standard Shipping is approximately 2–6 working days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping may be available at an additional charge of ₹500 across India, subject to serviceability.
• The estimated delivery timeline for Express Shipping is approximately 1–5 working days.
• Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day for readily available products.
• Certain products may be made-to-order. Made-to-order products may require approximately 25–30 days of production time before dispatch.
• Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
• Delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, regional restrictions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Bright & Beryl shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

Same-Day Delivery – Mumbai

• Same-day delivery may be available within Mumbai, subject to product availability, delivery location, and courier availability.
• Same-day deliveries may be fulfilled through third-party delivery providers such as Porter, Wefast, or other available delivery partners.
• Same-day delivery charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Bright & Beryl shall not be responsible for delays, misplacement, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery partners after the parcel has been handed over to them.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Customers are requested to carefully review all product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, videos, and specifications before placing an order.
• Due to hygiene considerations, operational limitations, and the nature of jewelry products, we follow a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy, except where required under applicable law.
• Order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been confirmed or processed.
• Bright & Beryl does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference changes
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Colour or appearance differences caused by screen settings
  • Minor variations inherent in handcrafted products
• All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.
• Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product images, videos, descriptions, dimensions, and styling references before making a purchase.
• If a customer receives an incorrect product or observes significant transit damage, they should contact Bright & Beryl promptly with appropriate photographs and/or an unboxing video so that the issue can be reviewed.

Jewelry Care Instructions

Proper care is essential to maintain the shine, plating, stones, finish, and overall appearance of your jewelry.

• Store jewelry in a dry, airtight pouch or jewelry box away from moisture and humidity.
• Store individual pieces separately to avoid scratches, friction, tangling, or damage.
• Wear jewelry only after applying makeup, perfume, lotions, hairspray, sunscreen, or skincare products.
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or participating in activities that may expose it to excessive moisture or sweat.
• After use, gently clean jewelry with a soft, dry cotton or muslin cloth.
• Avoid direct exposure to water, sweat, detergents, soaps, toothpaste, perfumes, sanitizers, chemicals, and cleaning agents.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or polishing chemicals.
• Gold plating and other finishes may naturally fade over time depending on usage frequency, skin chemistry, storage conditions, exposure to moisture, chemicals, sweat, and environmental conditions.
• As these are fashion/imitation jewelry products, no warranty or guarantee is provided on plating, polish, stones, colour, or overall longevity unless specifically mentioned for an individual product.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

• Jewelry materials may react differently depending on an individual's skin sensitivity or allergies.
• Customers with known metal allergies or sensitive skin are advised to review the product details carefully before purchasing or wearing the jewelry.

• Delays caused by courier or logistics companies
• Loss or damage caused by third-party delivery providers after dispatch

• Stone loosening or damage resulting from improper handling
• Damage caused by moisture, perfumes, chemicals, sweat, or improper storage
• Minor variations in handcrafted products
• Product appearance differences caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings
• Indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products
