No Return / No Exchange / No Refund Policy

Due to hygiene considerations, operational limitations, and the nature of jewelry products:

Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds are not provided.
Order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been confirmed or processed.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Change in personal preference
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Colour or appearance differences caused by lighting, photography, or individual screen settings
Minor variations that may naturally occur in handcrafted or individually finished jewelry

This policy is subject to any rights available to customers under applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all available product photographs, videos, descriptions, measurements, and wearing or styling references before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Bright & Beryl within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, customers are requested to provide:

A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
Clear photographs of the product received
Clear photographs of the outer and inner packaging, where applicable

A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted without sufficient photographic or video evidence may not be eligible for review.

Once the issue has been verified by Bright & Beryl, an appropriate resolution will be provided based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow jewelry care instructions will not be considered a transit or manufacturing issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot generally be cancelled once they have been confirmed or processed.

For made-to-order, customised, or specially sourced jewelry, cancellation may not be possible once production or sourcing has commenced.

If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we may review the request; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Jewelry Care Instructions

Proper care is essential to maintain the shine, plating, stones, finish, and overall appearance of your jewelry.

Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, sweat, lotion, hairspray, sanitizer, and other chemicals.
Store jewelry in a dry, airtight pouch or jewelry box away from humidity, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
Store each piece separately to help prevent scratches, friction, tangling, or damage.
Silica gel packs may be added to storage boxes or pouches to help absorb moisture and reduce tarnishing.
Do not use detergent, soap, toothpaste, sanitizer, abrasive cleaners, or harsh cleaning products on gold-plated, silver-plated, or imitation jewelry.
Apply makeup, skincare products, perfume, lotions, sunscreen, and hairspray before wearing your jewelry.
Jewelry should ideally be the last thing you put on and the first thing you remove.
After every use, gently wipe jewelry with a clean, soft, dry cotton or muslin cloth.
Avoid wearing jewelry while showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or during activities involving excessive moisture or sweat.
Gold plating may naturally fade or wear over time depending on usage frequency, skin chemistry, exposure to moisture, chemicals, sweat, and storage conditions.
Silver-tone and silver-plated finishes may provide good durability when properly cared for; however, longevity varies depending on handling, frequency of use, skin chemistry, and storage.
Stones, polish, plating, and finishes may experience natural wear over time.
